RIDGE STREET BATHROOM REMODEL

This bathroom remodel included both structural and cosmetic work. Failing wetbed tile walls and floors were removed and replaced with concrete board. Joists were repaired and a new subfloor installed. Crack isolation membrane was installed prior to setting porcelain floor tiles. A window located within the shower was reframed and replaced with added waterproofing strategies. A hollow-core door was reframed and replaced with a new solid core door.

White subway tile was set for the tub surround and wainscoting. A new tub, basin, and vanity were installed. Damaged portions of walls were repaired and seamless married to existing walls using wallboard, structolite, and plaster of paris.
